I started LimberTech in September 2004 in order to help small businesses take advantage
of today's technologies. I have 20 years experience working in the computer field.
I started working for Microsoft in 1990 and then took some time off in 1999 after
spending 10 years in a variety of positions. My wife and I traveled and then had
a beautiful daughter who is now four years old. In 2003, I decided to return to
the technical field. My first order of business was to survey the technical environment
to find the best technologies which would allow me to deliver on my vision. I found
that Microsoft's .NET technologies would allow me to deliver a valuable set of services
to the widest variety of businesses. In early 2004, I completed work on obtaining
Microsoft's certification as a solution developer. The MCSD for .NET credential,
is the top-level certification for advanced developers who design and develop leading-edge
solutions, using the Microsoft .NET Framework. I have also recently completed training
on
Macromedia's Dreamweaver and Fireworks web development
tools.
Plainly put, I like the technical and artistic challenge of web
and database development work. I especially enjoy applying technology to solve real
world business problems. I believe Microsoft's .NET Framework is one of the best
ways for building business applications to take advantage of all the Internet has
to offer. Coupling the .NET framework with Macromedia's industry-leading layout
tools, allows me to develop professional websites on time and on budget.
